Mixed feelings on delivery

I picked up a retractable leash and a pet grooming kit from them. The grooming kit is actually really decent for the price, the brushes feel well-made and not flimsy. The leash also seems sturdy enough for my energetic beagle. However, the delivery took longer than estimated; it was supposed to be here in 4-6 business days but ended up arriving on day 8, which was a bit inconvenient as I needed it for a trip. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay, but they couldn't speed it up. Overall, good products, just wish shipping was more reliable.

Detailed review of my order

My latest purchase included a retractable leash, a slow feeder bowl, and some calming treats. Ordering online was straightforward, the website is easy to navigate. The leash feels durable, the handle is comfortable, and the retraction mechanism is smooth. The slow feeder bowl has definitely helped my dog eat slower, which is a big plus. The calming treats seem to work somewhat, but it's hard to tell definitively after just a week. Delivery took 6 days to my place in Ohio, which is about average. Everything arrived in good condition, no damage to any of the items or packaging. I did try to contact customer service about a product specification before ordering, and their response took almost 24 hours, which could be quicker. Overall, a solid experience, and I'm happy with the products' quality.

Slow feeder, good buy

Ordered a slow feeder bowl. It arrived in a week. Quality is solid. My dog eats slower now. Good product.

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I bought a pet grooming kit and a pet hair remover. The grooming tools feel sturdy, and the hair remover works pretty well on my couch. The prices were fair for what I got. My only minor gripe was that tracking updates were a bit sparse; I didn't know exactly when it would arrive until it was practically at my door. Still, everything was packaged securely.

Always reliable for cat stuff

I've ordered from All Needs For Pets a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time, I grabbed an interactive cat toy and some dental chews. The quality is what I expect, same as my last few orders. Shipping was a bit slower this time, but everything arrived safe and sound. It's why I keep coming back.

Dog bed was great

I got the orthopedic pet mat for my old dog, and she loves it. It shipped pretty fast, took like 4 days to reach Austin. It's really soft, but I wish it came in more colors.

Good quality, fast shipping

I bought an automatic pet feeder for my cat last week. The ordering process was smooth, I found what I needed quickly on their site. It shipped out the next day and arrived in just three days, which was faster than I expected for standard shipping to California. The feeder itself is robust, and the programming was intuitive. I had a question about the battery indicator, and customer support replied to my email within a few hours with a clear explanation. It's been working perfectly, and my cat adjusted to it without a fuss. Definitely a good experience overall.

Dog bed was a hit

Got a new dog bed for my golden retriever. It's a 'cooling mat for dogs' type. Super easy to order, didn't have to jump through hoops. Came pretty quick, like, 5 days to reach my place in Colorado. My dog totally loves it, just flops right down. Happy with it.
